Details: Complete cleanroom fit-out works were carried out for the new Bioveta Laboratory Hall (BLH), including BSL-3 laboratories, QA/QC laboratories, and associated controlled environments. The BSL-3 laboratories were designed for H2O2 vapour fumigation. The scope of supply included cleanroom partitions and wall panel systems, cleanroom ceilings, and complete cleanroom finishes for laboratory areas. Extension of the modular surgical pavilion

Customer: Karvinská hornická nemocnice a.s

Details: Complete cleanroom fit-out works were carried out on the second floor of the new modular surgical pavilion, including one operating theatre. The operating theatre was constructed using the SURGICAL system, while the remaining medical areas were completed using the FORMEDICAL system. The scope of supply included cleanroom partitions and wall panels made of powder-coated galvanized steel, metal suspended ceilings, HVAC installation, and cleanroom validation. Customer: Masaryk Hospital in Ústí nad Labem

Details: The project included a total of 12 modern operating theatres. The BLOCK Surgical system installations comprise suture cabinets, exhaust ducts with HVAC grilles, metal sliding and hinged doors, metal ceilings, and LED lighting including RGBW technology. The installations also include MP10 multifunctional panels, digital clocks, and germicidal lamps. A distinctive feature of each operating theatre is a full-wall graphic glass panel with a design selected by the users. Scope: 715 m² (125 m² ISO 5, 480 m² ISO 7, 110 m² ISO 8). Total area of cladding panels for the cleanroom installations: 2,065 m². Details: The project involved the reconstruction of two operating theatres and their adjacent facilities while the hospital remained fully operational. The original partition walls were replaced with BLOCK Surgical modular operating theatre systems incorporating suture cabinets, exhaust ducts with HVAC grilles, metal sliding and hinged doors, metal ceiling panels, and LED lighting including RGBW illumination. The installations also include MP10 multifunctional panels, digital clocks, and germicidal UV lamps. A full-wall graphic glass panel with a user-selected design forms the visual centerpiece of each operating theatre. Details: The project involved the construction of cleanroom facilities within an existing production building while the facility remained in operation. The ground floor (Level 1) comprises the cleanrooms and production support areas, including changing rooms, storage rooms, sanitary facilities, and material/personnel airlocks. The first floor (Level 2) houses the technical facilities, including the air handling plant room, steam humidification system, heating distribution units, central air handling units, and the recirculation unit serving the cleanrooms. The cooling units are located on the roof of the building. Expanding the Existing Specialized Center for Vaccine Development (SCVD)

Details: Expansion of the existing vaccine development center with new cleanroom facilities and technological infrastructure for the development and preparation of experimental batches of human and veterinary pharmaceuticals. The project included construction works, cleanroom systems, HVAC, process technologies, electrical installations, qualification, and validation in compliance with GMP and ISO standards. The new laboratories were fully integrated into the existing SCVD infrastructure. Scope: 107.38 m² (ISO Class 7), 71.02 m² (ISO Class 8), 48.65 m² technical areas.
