VHP Pass Box
This special device enables the safe transfer of materials between cleanrooms with different cleanliness classes.

Decontamination System Based on VHP
It is equipped with a decontamination system based on VHP (vaporised hydrogen peroxide), which reliably eliminates microorganisms on the surfaces of the transferred objects. This ensures a high degree of sterilisation.
Decontamination Is Performed Using a Hydrogen Peroxide Vapor Generator
The decontamination of the VHP Pass Box is carried out using a hydrogen peroxide vapor generator (Puriter), which is installed outside the VHP Pass Box – typically in a technical room or a non-classified area. The hydrogen peroxide vapor is fed via a separate pipeline from the generator to nozzles in the ceiling of the box and distributed evenly throughout the interior. The extraction of the contaminated air is performed through exhaust outlets connected to the HVAC system.

Maximum Protection Against the Escape of Biologically Active Materials
The VHP Pass Box is equipped at the inlet and outlet with tight-closing doors featuring inflatable pneumatic seals. These reliably protect the surrounding areas from the possible escape of biologically active materials – in gaseous, liquid, or solid form.
Tight-Closing Doors with Inflatable Pneumatic Seal
This type of door is used to safely separate rooms with different pressure conditions. Activation occurs exclusively upon receipt of a control signal – the magnetic lock is engaged, and the surrounding pneumatic seal inflates. This reliably seals the gap between the door leaf and the frame. The seal remains active until another control signal triggers the release of air and unlocks the lock. Only then can the door be opened again.
